Throughout her career, she has delivered patient- centered care in acute, subacute, rehabilitation and outpatient environments.

She transitioned into clinical management and operations, where she has led multidisciplinary teams, improved workflow efficiencies, and driven initiatives focused on quality improvement and patient outcomes.

At Stone Risk Consulting, Bena leads initiatives focused on clinical downtime preparedness. She brings a systems-level perspective to every project, ensuring that resilience and efficiency are embedded into hospital processes.

Starting his career in manufacturing automation, Stephen has honed his ability to make data-driven decisions and drive accelerated growth. His project management expertise has been pivotal in steering resilience efforts in the data and omni-channel communication client sectors. â€‹
