Throughout her career, she has delivered patient- centered care in acute, subacute, rehabilitation and outpatient environments.

She transitioned into clinical management and operations, where she has led multidisciplinary teams, improved workflow efficiencies, and driven initiatives focused on quality improvement and patient outcomes.

At Stone Risk Consulting, Bena leads initiatives focused on clinical downtime preparedness. She brings a systems-level perspective to every project, ensuring that resilience and efficiency are embedded into hospital processes.

Stephen Mathew brings a wealth of lean six sigma, supply chain resilience & project management capability to Stone Risk Consulting. He consults for our clients and oversees project schedules, communication, and timely delivery of all project components.

Starting his career in manufacturing automation, Stephen has honed his ability to make data-driven decisions and drive accelerated growth. His project management expertise has been pivotal in steering resilience efforts in the data and omni-channel communication client sectors. ​

Melissa is a driven professional with a reputation for integrity, creativity, resourcefulness, and competence.

Through her career Melissa has developed and demonstrated exceptional IT Disaster Recovery skills and builds highly effective recovery strategies within the technical areas of a business.

Melissa utilizes 15 years of building and enhancing continuity programs within various industries- including healthcare, to help clients solve problems related to recoverability, crisis management, incident response. 

Sweena Jacob is an experienced healthcare clinician with professional skills and certifications in nursing.

At Stone Risk Consulting, Sweena focuses on analyzing clients' healthcare processes, leaning into her experience as a hospital practicioner that has worked in Home Health, Pediatrics and Intensive Care units.
